Property does not meet standards of the Hilton hotel chain brand. Overdue for renovation. Room finishes worn, damaged. Hall finishes same condition. Wall paper stained, carpet stained. Elevator broken.

The general mgr. ( liza ) is wonderful and so were the others. I have stayed here on several visits and i will return.

The elevator was being 'worked on'.
Saw no signs of this. Had to wait every time to get someone to operate the elevator. We were in town to celebrate a friend's birthday, so spent a lot of time dining out. This was a pain having to wait for someone for the elevator. So we just took the stairs after while. Other than that. Staff was AMAZING!!!

Staff was great.
Elevator is broken and apparently has been for months which requires staff to operate the one working elevator. Need to call front desk to access elevator.
Reserved a roll-in shower for one room via Expedia and the room provided had a tub.
Property condition needs some refurbishing.
