Property was clean & safe with a guard on duty at all times for anyone coming to or leaving the property. It was spring break, though, so there were some extremely loud guests coming in around 4am (which really sucked for our 5am alarm for the airport) but, any other time, I’m sure the property is fabulous.

I keep asking myself, why does every establishment I go to in or around Atlanta smell of weed once you open a door. A bit noisy during quiet time and there was a roach crawling in the bed while I was in it. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

While we’re thrilled to hear that your stay was good, we’re disappointed to hear that you had to deal with noise, a bug and weed smell from other guests. As we are a non smoking hotel not everyone is as courteous as they should be when it comes to following rules. I do hope if you are in the area in the future you will give us another chance to WOW you.

This area was super quiet and easy to access. Parking was efficient and the mall was within a mile and included many eateries as well.

I asked were there any available rooms with two beds in stead of just a queen bed, I was told yes then when I asked can I be switched to it I was told No. I think in the hospitality business courtesy and flexibility is great if you can but I definitely wasn't given either. I mean if it's an available room why not switch it for the customer. Very happy!

Kelvin, I'm sorry you where not satisfied fully with your stay due to the fact they would not give you a room with two beds. I would like to say the reasoning for this is because you booked a Queen at one rate which was lower then came in and asked for a double room which is a higher rate. When it comes to booking through a third party like Expedia you get the room at which you paid for. The only time we would change the room is if we didn't have your room type available, but in this case we did. We can not change or modify any third party reservations so if you wanted a double bed a call from you to Expedia should have been made so they could have modified your booking. Some nights it would get loud with people standing in the hallway talking or children running and playing in their room. There is no one at night to monitor people running up and down the stairs smoking. They make a lot of noise.

Beverly, Thank you so much for the review. My apologies about the noise issue you had while staying with us. It does look like you stayed in the first floor we are an extended stay and try to keep a lot of the family with kids on the first floor. This is probably why so much noise no excuses for the noise but this is why. I would like to say though we always have a night attendant on at the hotel and we have security that is posted outside 5 nights out the week. The information on how to reach or contact the night attendant was on the purple pamphlet given at check in. We would never leave the hotel unattended through the night. Hope to see you back again so we can give a better experience.

Worst stay

The hotel stay was crazy constant yelling and or kid screaming at all hours of the night and day. No amenity’s of any sort breakfast or coffee in the morning. When to wash cloths and didn’t find out till after the fact all the driers didn’t function. The bed I had in my room was a king size but the bed was bowled in the center and very uncomfortable. Couple days the buttoned for the elevators were pushed in all the way and not functioning so I had to take the stairs. I will not be staying at this hotel when I return to Atlanta.

Sebastien, I am so sorry that your stay with us was not up to your standards. Unfortunately we are an extended stay hotel so no you are right we do not serve breakfast or coffee but that is something that you should of looked into before staying if its something you wanted. If you had any noise complaints or room problems as far as you bed is concerned if you would have brought this to our attention we defiantly would have done our best to find a solution so that you where comfortable while staying with us. As far as the laundry room is concerned no one has had any issues with the dryers or if they have no one has come to tell the front desk so that we can fix and address the problem if no one tells us how are we supposed to know and make it right. Also the elevator yes the button was pressed in but we called the technicians as soon as we found out the time it took the tech to come out is out of our control all we can do is keep calling if they haven't come and we did that, but the elevator was still working and fully functional the elevator was not broken, I feel maybe that was your choice to take the stairs.We sincerely regret that your experience was less than perfect. We care deeply about our guest and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible. We hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share a more positive experience.
