We booked non-smoking rooms, but the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the lobby, elevator, and rooms. We had to change rooms a couple of times to finally get a true non-smoking room. One room lacked hot water, and in another, the AC wasn't working. The front desk staff were kind and responsive, ultimately helping us settle into a third room. The smoke smell is a major concern for us, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to non-smokers.

I liked the staff and the breakfast. But the rooms could use a bit more updating. Also the pool was not clean but overall for the price it was great. Staff was excellent.

When we checked in we had to switch to 3 different rooms before it was suitable. The outside rooms were dirty and nasty. The tv didn’t work and the room door didn’t close unless you pushed it alway closed. The last room they gave us was okay and bigger. The tv didn’t have internet connection for a day so we were unable to watch tv when we got back to the room.
