Our room had a clogged toilet. This was an uncomfortable situation. Then, we were charged $10 per night for parking. I wasn't told that parking would be an additional charge. Parking should be included at the property.

The shower curtain was too short or the rod was hung too high making it virtually impossible to shower without making a mess. The shower head needed replacing too : (

I checked in and immediately noticed that the bed sheets weren’t changed so I told the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping supervisors handled right away! I stayed for 3 nights and my bed sheets were changed everyday after that! I appreciated it. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet, the entire staff were very friendly and polite. I saw other reviews about roaches but I didn’t see one during my stay.

This place is just disgusting in every way! We arrived at approximately 11:00pm, the person at the front desk didn’t know what he was doing. He couldn't find the reservation without help. He finally found the reservation and gave us keys to room 224. We get to 224, the keys don't work! I go back downstairs, he activated again and they STILL didn’t work....you want to know why?? After trying for a second time the woman that was ALREADY in the room and SOUND ASLEEP came to the door and told us that it was her room! Back downstairs again, and this time he gives us keys and tells security to "come up with us" to make sure no one was in there?? Shouldn't they know that? The halls of the hotel stink, they reek of body odor and old food! The rooms look like they need a fresh coat of paint and smell musky as all get out. Also, went to shower after traveling all day and there was PUBIC HAIR in the shower! They have security but quickly after falling asleepnwe were awakened to loud cursing and a fight in the hallway outside our door, they then took the fight outside and were in the parking lot fighting. We would have done better sleeping at the airport!
