I called ahead to say that we would be arriving after midnight. Our flight was further delayed so we didn’t arrive until 2 am. When we got to the hotel, the system was down and they couldn’t get us a room for over 30 minutes. Once they got us a room, we didn’t get a key and they couldn’t produce one for us. In the morning, we couldn’t get breakfast because we couldn’t leave the room until we were packed up and ready to leave.

Damian was helpful, courteous and cheerful - even though it was 11:00 at night and due to delayed flight the shuttle was packed! That led to the lobby being packed - they were overrun but remained positive and cool headed. When we got to the room it was amazing! Talk about clean and modern! Well played Hyatt south

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast stayed on top of everything. The shuttle driver was quick and to the point.

Shuttle was very convenient, but only picks up from domestic terminal locations 9-13, where all hotels pick up. It was easy & free. Hotel was clean, close to airport, and breakfast was fine. Would stay again for an overnight in ATL airport.
