Very unfriendly check in personnel. Spent lots of time with Black clients but treated us as second class citizens….scowling, not even writing our room number on the card. Then, making us wait back in line to put down the room number. Been here many times on business trips. Not coming back.

No TV service. And they are not working on it.
No refrigerators in rooms.

I’ve stayed here before when coming in to town. Check is at 3pm I arrived at 3:30 and my room was not available until 4:35 pm

We stayed in Atlanta to attend a baseball game at Truist park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle to and from the stadium was very convenient and ensured that we did not have to worry about parking or ridesharing at the game.

Site stated there were free baby cribs to use, they did not have any. Also pictures of room had a balcony, no balcony. No refrigerator or microwave

Super friendly staff at the reception desk and bar! Convenient shuttle to Truist Park. Perfect for our trip.
