Great location! Very nice and accommodating staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable room and property. Would love to have glassware in the room for evening cocktails. Other than that, everything was great!

Don't let prices stop you from staying at Hilton Garden Inn Windward Plaza Alpharetta. The entire staff makes it well worth every penny. Housekeepers are very accommodating. Mike, maintenance he's super, always willing to help. Brandon and Fran will make you feel at home. Always smiling and so friendly. Everyone are awesome employees, people.

It would have been fine if the RUDE housekeeping woman had not knocked on my door at 9:10am in the morning! Then, when I exclaimed to her that checkout wasn't until noon, she RUDELY told me to "hang the sign on my door!". Unacceptable.

Every employee at this Hotel treated us with respect, extreme kindness and always helpful. Thanks to everyone for giving our "little girl" (Diamond) so much attention. She loves you ALL.

The hotel was very nice and clean for the most part. The parking lot needs a little more care as there always seems to be some trash laying in the parking area. Also the mattress was not good but this is an issue with every hotel I have visited. I don’t know why cheap mattresses are put in the rooms especially when majority of the time customers spend in hotels is to sleep.
