Xenodocheio Nilos is the best hotel in downtown Athens y far. The friendliness of ALL their staff is outstanding. They know what you want before you ask. Rooms, amenities, spa, restaurant are impecable and 5 starts, but what makes them the best is their staff, always friendly and looking to help.

We recently had an incredible stay at Xenodocheio Milos in Athens. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Anna at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Anna provided us with fantastic recommendations for activities, tourist spots, and dinner options, even securing reservations for us. She also handled our late-night requests for spa use with grace and efficiency. Her exceptional service significantly enhanced our experience in Athens.
The hotel itself is stunningly modern, boasting beautiful interiors and a serene atmosphere. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a room with a gorgeous balcony that overlooked the Lycabettus Hill in the background, adding a picturesque view to our stay.
The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering an array of fresh and delicious options that truly started our day on the right note. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Athens and highly recommend Xenodocheio Milos for anyone visiting the city.

Really the perfect hotel except for the breakfast which is super costly (€32 per person), yet very poor in variety, quantity and quality. But hey, with so many great places in walking distance, don't mind the breakfast...
