Perfect location for an overnight stay. My family and I had a flight to catch in the morning and the location and space was perfect for us. There is alos a lovely swimming pool for the kids!

The hosts were so great and helped us find easy dining options with free transportation. A great place for a stopover at Athens airport.

Posted 15 Nov 2023 on HotelsVilla d’Irene in Athens is a family owned property situated in a small town close to the airport as well as the beach. The owner Theo is delightful, he personally took us to and from the airport (for a fee). This is an older, traditional but well maintained property. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The unit was clean and cozy, with a full kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a shower or relaxing oversized tub. There is a wonderful restaurant on the beach nearby. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with Theo. He is a very warm and hospitable host. Great ongoing communication with Theo via WhatApp.

Great place for a last night before flying home from Athens. The owner and his son were most helpful with rides to and from airport and in recommending a nearby seaside restaurant. Our unit was large, homey and comfortable. Recommend it.

Family was great getting us situated I. The eve bug when we got there and recommended late night restaurant. Was close and convenient to the airport which is one of the reasons we picked it but also because it was beautiful and had coffee the last morning on our way to airport on balcony with sunrise. Only feedback which really they have no control of is there were noisy dogs in the neighborhood but again we all have those neighbors soo would not keep me from staying again. Bakery they recommended in the morning on way to airport was fantastic. We miss Greece already thanks for being a part of our experience. Thank you George and your father.

Great place for a quick overnight between flights. Hosts were wonderful. Only complaint is the dogs barking all night outside.

Great accommodations after our long flight from California to transition to the new time zone. Great local eats, nice views of the sea and great host!

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They provided transfers to and from the airport and also to an excellent nearby restaurant . Chosen originally for its proximity to Athens airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the nearby, walkable sandy beach, the spaciousness of our apartment and a great pool.
