The wireless network is rubbish and throughout my stay I couldn’t use internet unless I go out of the hotel. Staff are friendly but they need to upgrade their standard for better customer satisfaction

Proprietor required cash payment as card facilities not working, then refused to give receipt. Had to take photo of cash on the counter as evidence of my payment. Room has old CRT TV and no fridge. Room reasonably clean but not cleaned daily.

Dear Guest,Thank you for your comments.During your arrival we had an issue with the POS and we kindly ask if you want to pay cash for your convinience and for your quick chech in. Every customer stays at our Hotel get a receipt, uppon your departure you dont asked for your receipt. We can send your receipt to your email. Your reservation was for a "Singlre Room" and we clearly state that only "Deluxe Double" rooms have fridges.We are very sorry we do not meet your criteria as a budjet city Hotel, next time we will try our best to please you.Thank you.

Good stay for overnight, it would be even better with a fridge (smaller one) in the room.
