Wonderful property! Hop on Hop Off bus stop is just down the street, 24hr Greek restaurant across the street (good food and good prices), easy walk to most restaurants /bars, modern & clean, HOT shower with great water pressure. It is on a major street which can cause I little noise but windows do have full shutters. We were in room 64.. Lovely balcony with view of the hills (rooms across the hall have limited Acropolis view).

Terrific location and value for the price. Clean and efficient space. Plenty of room for a longer stay. We had a balcony with a view, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Posted 4 Mar 2024 on HotelsHad a really nice stay there. The apartment was clean and cosy and the location was central yet quiet and safe. Knocked off one star because we arrived one day later due to a flight cancellation and the hotel would not refund us for the first night.

Clean, comfortable and good location, But...
Posted 29 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe good. Great location. Close to the Athens attractions and the public transportation. Great restaurants and bars within a short walk as well as grocery stores. (go to the AB. Not the OK market) Easy to find just look for the Hertz car rental on the street. Great communication with the management and easy to understand directions. Unit was clean and the beds were comfy.
Now the not so good.
We were in unit 57 so I cannot speak to the other units. The kitchen has a one burner cooktop. There is very few cooking utensils. One medium size fry pan and one medium size pot and a colander. A pasta spoon and some kind of straining spoon. No spatula. No kitchen knife. (Just butter knifes). Fortunately I carry a large pocket knife. No cutting board. No peeler. The bathroom. About five to ten minutes after showering water starts to leak from the bottom of the shower and covers the floor. Obviously a drainage issue that I notified the manager about. Mold around the bottom of the shower door frame. The hotels.com website says "Laundry facilities". There is none but a self-serve laundry a 5 min walk away. Also the hotels.com website says "window screens" Our unit had none. I really wanted to give this property a 4 star but the issues were just to numerous to ignore. When I find issues I always talk to or message management on the problem and if the response is positive I will give them the benefit of the doubt. In this case the hosts did not respond so there you are.
