No elevator to get to the lobby
The room was nice and clean
The staff was very friendly
The area not the greatest
Staff helped to carry luggage on the stairs

Conveniently located near Monastiraki Square/metro/flea market. Requires climbing 2 flights of stairs to get to lobby. Area immediately around property looks questionable but is actually fine. Room was very small but workable for 1. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This property is located right at city center, and close to everything. The room is a bit small, but very clean and cozy. The stall are very helpful and friendly. I will stay there if possible when I visit Athens next time.

The hotel staff were amazing. George D moved us to a quieter room. We appreciated the dining staff! Excellent cleaning staff and excellent front desk staff.
We just didn’t like the neighborhood.

Extremely warm welcome from Vassili (immediately given bottled water on arrival) and all staff all so friendly and helpful. Room clean, bright and comfortable. Great breakfast on Terrace. Liked authentic feel of hotel and super location to explore Athens. Even though it is on a main street we were not disturbed. Bathroom on small side but great shower and touches, like dental and shaving kits. Do not be put off by outside of building. If you have mobility issues getting up first set of stairs to reception with luggage may be daunting but help is offered immediately and stair lift available. Lift from ground to all floors is available once you check in. Would highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel very close to everything, ideal location. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms quite small but had everything needed, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and all toiletries in bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to stay at in Athens, especially for solo travelers. Right in the center of everything as well as close to the Metro. The street might look less than ideal upon arrival, but I found it to be quiet and safe. The actual hotel itself is very nice- clean, comfortable, and secure. The staff were absolutely lovely people. Would definitely stay here again, and for longer!
