One could hardly get closer to the Nile! Superb vantage point! Apartments each have private entrance patio facing the Nile. Lovely, gracious staff greet and serve kindly. Improvements to make: clearer signage around this maze of ramps, apartments and dining rooms. In summary: a great place!

The pool was do relaxing and many lounge chairs for all.

Property needs a lot of maintenance safe was not attached We came back to room and shower fan had fallen out of wall and was hanging in shower. Looked like it wasn't the right one to start with there was a big gap

Lovely property on the Nile river. Great views. Gardens and pool area were beautiful. Staff in the hotel and restaurants were fantastic. Rooms were a tiny bit small but still comfortable and overlooking the garden which I loved. Overall great stay and would definitely come again!

The staff members (front desk, bellman, Osiris dining) were wonderful, polite, and very kind. The property is very safe and the views of the Nile are wonderful. I'm not sure why one manager chased me down to find out my room number, but I will let that pass. However, it made me feel uncomfortable as if we did not belong. The Osiris restaurant is not very clean, but the staff and the food choices made it a decent experience. I will admit that we booked the cheapest room. It left a lot to be desired. I'm not going to completely bash the hotel, but the room needs to be renovated for several safety reasons.

Good location Arrived 8 am with luggage but when returned at 6 pm there was a problem. No internet access prior week prevented confirmation and hotel did not connect the dots with our reservation and copy of my passport when I arrived AM So no room and they requested us to change hotels Manager was convinced to find us a room and it worked out. Not as smoothly as expected Overall a fine hotel

Not great.

Great location, but the standard was poor. Broken door security latch, leaking pipework, significant amount of mould in the shower, worn out sheets, rock hard mattresses. No instructions for the safe or tv. The worst was probably no warning for the agricultural scale spraying of, I presume mosquitoes, late afternoon. Couldn’t get away from it, and permeated into the room. Not nice.
