Historic Colonial Style Hotel

modern air conditioning with a comfy bed. Great feel to the place.

Historical Hotel with great service.
Posted 3 Nov 2019 on HotelsWe spent 6 nights at this family run hotel located in historic area of town. There are restaurants within walking distance. The service was outstanding! The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. It’s the first place we stayed where staff change the bed spread every other day!!! Good breakfast with excellent service from staff. Good AC and WiFi in the rooms.
The location is We took Uber’s to newer part of town.

Excellent value for money
Posted 5 Oct 2019 on HotelsGreat hotel in the centre of Asuncion with real old world charm. Basic very spacious room with nice balcony, good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. One staff member (unfortunately I've forgotten his name) phoned several shops for us to help us find a football shirt for our grandson - successfully! Would recommend this placee - has a charm that you do not find in the chain hotels.

They made a special effort to send an English speaking staff member to ensure everything was going well, since my Spanish could use improvement. Certainly this is the bloody third world. As the Pretenders sang about. But isn’t that why I’m here? Would recommend. Duane

I would only pay 10 box

Estimado Desconocido(ya que en nuestra lista de pasajeros no figura alguien llamado Luchopancho): lamento mucho sus duras palabras. Este es un hotel con mucha tradición. NO ES UN MOTEL y es muy ofensivo de su parte referirse asi hacia nuestra empresa. Además siempre estamos dispuestos a mejorar la estadía de nuestros huéspedes en caso que algo no les guste. Y si a usted no le gusta lo antiguo se equivocó de Hotel. Atentamente.

Basic hotel in Central Asuncion

Pros: The breakfast, the availability of drinks to purchase, the balcony
Location: Bar Leo across the street for a quick bite, Bolsi up the street, there's a Coffee Bean nearby as well
For a brief stay in Asuncion this hotel does the job. It's very simple but comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. It's in the centro, which can be far from other important parts of Asuncion, but is close to bars and restaurants to keep you entertained. There is parking available if needed, be sure to advise the staff because the spaces are limited.
