Have to return room key all the time. Time how much spend using the Tv, turn off the electricity each time you leave the room. Disaster, first time ever in my life that looks like I was in jail. The price of the hotel change.

Pros: Only the game room perk. Sadly, the hotel too hot to enjoy the public areas.
Cons: Replace all doors with contemporary locks. Having to lock my door by key every time I left the room was a major inconvenience given key/lighting.
Location: Very little to do or see. Asuncion has very little to offer tourists other than regional food.
- Only good thing about hotel is included 'game' room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc. Unusual perk that is good for families with kids that need entertainment. - Big surprise at checkout. Government tax: 10% if total bill paid in cash, 20% if paid by CC. Hotel tax: 10% additional. BOTH should be documented in the advert or included in the listed rate. As-is, VERY misleading advertising. - Hotel is old and dated. Once upon a time, probably a very fun place to stay, but now dark and out-of-time. - Toiletries not provided by default. Had to ask for them. - Tiny hotel keys on 8x8" boards. Is a challenge to unlock/lock the doors. - Batteries were dead on the remote controls, so no A/C control without assistance.

Conveniently located, poorly managed.

We had to stand 15 to 20 minutes before being helped for check in. They walked this up to the room, turned on the air conditioning, and took the remote with them. They claim they only have one We were told they would send someone up to stock the minibar and no one ever came. We asked for ice, on four different ovcasiins within a three hour window, until I decided to walk downstairs, just learned at the hotel was out of ice. But eventually they sent someone out to buy some. The white sheet I had a very distinguishing stain on it which look like fecal matter; we complained and they changed it. The pool was filthy, with lots of scum on the tile; disgusting. No towels were available. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable as well as the pillows.

Disappointed! Asked to use the phone to make a free phone call to change a flight and got charged $130! not happy!

L établissements est correct et propre Le seul hic est la climatisation défaillante dans bcp de chambre.1ère nuit sans clim . Difficile de trouver une autre chambre avec clim enfin une pour la 2ème nuit.Sinon hôtel bien dans l ensemble pour le prix (50€/nuit nov 2019) !!
