Immaculate place… but charging your customer 10$ a day for parking is crazy

Keys to doors was not working, going back and forth 3 times a day. Then 3 days being on 9 floor and car parking gates was a head ache. Working 12 hr shifts was tirung then hotel keys issues.

We saw a cockroach in our room..! Room was not clean the next day even though we told the housekeeper and the front desk about it

I didn’t like how the gym was over my room and I could hear people throwing down the dumbbell every 30 second.
