Posted 8 Dec 2017 on HotelsBeautiful, distinctive property, lovely hostess, great breakfast, terrific location for walking around Asti. We arrived with a rental car, and parking in the city was rather a nuisance, but otherwise a top-notch stay.

Arrivato alle 14 . Citofono mi viene risposto con tono arrogante “ stiamo pranzando l’abbiamo scritto che il check in è dopo le 15” .alla mia risposta di voler solo lasciare i bagagli mi viene chiusa la comunicazione. Mi sono sentito come se volessi dormire senza pagare benché avessi già prepagato la camera. Sono andato via nella consapevolezza di perdere ciò che avevo pagato- circa 130€ - perché con tanta maleducazione da parte di chi gestisce la struttura non mi ero mai rapportato . Abbiamo toccato il fondo

Divento arrogante con chi non porta il minimo rispetto per il lavoro altrui. Il check-in è alle 15... ci sarà un perché? derogabile per chi o cosa???... devo "solo lasciare il bagaglio"... avrei messo un servizio bagagli, anche a pagamento avessi potuto... ma guarda caso queste cose succedono sempre e solo con gli italiani!!Comunque si è dato la pena di lasciare ben 2 recensioni negative...

Excelente hospedagem, com carater e excelente loca
Posted 11 Sep 2022 on HotelsA hospedagem foi muito boa! A casa é super charmosa, com personalidade e uma decoração muito elegante! O quarto tem um bom tamanho, cama boa, lencois e toalhas de qualidade. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado tambem!
Meu unico comentario seria que o chuveiro vaza muita agua na lateral e molha o banheiro .

Le Relais est un Vieux Palais Avec un style particulier,
le problème: parking public seulement.
