We loved our stay at this hotel. It was the best hotel we've stayed at. Very clean, close to Santa Maria degli Angeli. Beautiful room very clean. Great breakfast

A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by.

Nice building and grounds. Room basic but clean and modern. Friendly and helpful front desk. Location is not in Assisi, it's a very steep long walk or short but expensive taxi ride. Breakfast could use improvement, very simple and typical unhealthy Italian buffet with no hot food except eggs and bacon and no salad or vegetables, mainly pastries and cakes. Maybe it's a "monastic" breakfast. Overall pretty good value for the price if you can deal with the location and bare bones breakfast

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean & the breakfast was very nice. Free parking. Would definitely recommend.

We didn’t get the perks even though I had a room upgrade they charged me to upgrade. But the room is clean and the breakfast is the best in Assisi!!
