The place was run down and horrible. All and I mean all the furniture in the room was old, scraped up, chipped and disgusting. I wanted to leave as soon as I walked in the room. We were only staying for one night and we already had paid. The lid and seat on the toilet seat were even chipped. The place was dirty. There were no top sheets on the beds and the bottom sheets were pitted out. The pool and the workout room were closed. This place was a huge disappointment.

I looked into the room that was assigned to you and there were top sheets on the beds, I had the toilet seat looked at and it was just fine . This is an older hotel and we are waiting on the renovations to start to update to a Wingate. The hotel is a Wingate in name only and will start its renovation soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Furniture scratched and needs updating Rugs very worn. Housekeeping came in to change out linens and coffee pods , empty trash but didn’t make bed or clean toilet Bed skirt only put on half way when I arrived It was very noticeable but housekeeper never adjusted it even though they were in every day Seems they just went in to get out as soon on as possible . I won’t stay there agss as in.

The staff only takes the trash, replaces amenities, replaces the towels. We do not offer full service of making up beds, dusting, or recleaning the rooms during the guests stays. The owner have chosen to offer limited services. Thank you for you understanding.

Average hotel. Needs some updating, rooms are pretty old. Other than that, fine for one night.

I was happy with the stay. Nothing to complain about but nothing stood out as a WOW. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The service was nice too.

I am so sorry about that. I sent housekeeping in and we could not locate any spiders, but thank you for letting us know. I will have the staff spray for them if we find them.

Nice hotel. The pool was drained but by the time we got back to the hotel room anyways the pool would have been closed anyways so no big deal. The only complaint is the ac in our room on the 4th floor didn’t work very well. It was definitely a bit warm in our room. Hot to open with window to get some air flow.

We repainted the bottom of the pool and the paint has to dry. I am sorry that you missed the special notices on the websites stating the pool was closed. There was visible disappointment to many guests who were expecting a swimming pool experience this weekend. Breakfast was underwhelming and the chairs needed a good dusting. The building itself could use some attention. The beds and pillows were comfy though and the housekeeping staff was so helpful and accomodating. Multiple amenities are close and convenient. It was fine as a base.
