This place was affordable, clean, had comfortable beds and great shower! We could have used a few more towels though.

This place is so sweet and quaint and I honestly just loved it. The guy that checked us in (I can’t remember his name he had long hair and was so sweet) who lives on site was very nice and thorough! I loved that it was old school keys and not key cards! The whole place was wonderful and if I ever find myself in Ashland again I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you

We booked a queen bed room through Expedia. When we arrived we were given a 2 double bed room ( not what I really wanted with my husband a two bed room with small beds). I was told that Expedia and other “third party” booking services doesn’t guarantee the room we choose (and the guy at the desk was rude and snarky like the mixup was my fault). Then we got into the room. Beds were somehow hard and saggy at the same time. Room was dated, lighting was rather inadequate, and we realized late in the evening we were only given two bath towels in our room. Frankly will not be staying here again and do not recommend.

The front desk management by the name of dustin was one of the most respectful, clean cut, proffessional gentleman ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made my stay enjoyable, easy, and worry free. Definitely recommending for my next few stays. And the hotel was kept up. Wonderful experience with a designated pet area and smoke area. Wonderful views in the morning and i could hit every store youll need witha pebble from the hotel.

Shower had mold/mildew all over it. Mattress was super old, saggy, and very noisy. Walls/ceiling super thin, could hear every noise that upstairs and side neighbors made.
