Beach access and property is beautiful. It was nice that they offered breakfast, but it was lukewarm at best and some times undercooked and the tables and chairs were always in need of cleaning.

Right on the main road and short drive to everything else in town. No hassle and everything worked fine.

Took way to long to check in. We waited for 20 minutes with one group ahead of us . You need more people to help check people in for sure. Everything else was good.

If you are looking at this place for anything other than the lake view rooms, stay away! If we would have checked in earlier in the day we would have been going somewhere else. We stayed here exclusively for the splash zone for our 3 kids after a long sad day of funeral services only to show up to all the slides being permanently closed, the pool was freezing, and the "spa" pool was cooler than most indoor pools and not even a lukewarm bath temp. My kids who were so excited spent 20 minutes in there and wanted to leave. The next morning they wanted to go again, only for the pool to be completely closed with no warning. The room was dirty and my 10 month old found a broken part of eye glasses and several fruit loops. Breakfast was incredibly basic, tables were dirty, vending machines wouldn't take coins. The only good part about our stay was the view and the sound of the waves hitting shore which we could have gotten in Bayfield instead of driving 35 minutes to Ashland.

property is average but location is spectacular and this hotel was much more affordable than other options in Ashland
