Nicely decorated, modern, sophisticated and they had a nice breakfast. The staff is very helpful. Each room has a private small patio. When we were there, the lilac bushes were in full bloom, adding to the experience. Great biking and hiking on the G2G trail, a short walk from the hotel.

A very pretty place to stay, large room,small patio for most rooms, with outside table and two chairs,nice grounds, but a bit ,weedy ....it was quite early in the season, and that may have been the reason for the out side to look a bit Tired...comfy bed , big bathroom, clean and bright. we thought the breakfast was exceptional, and the lady at the office was quite cheerful and friendly, the view of the river and bridge was quite soothing...we are sure to return again, Wayne and Linda , and Otis the wonder dog

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very quaint. Checkin was very easy. Great view from our patio. Very modern room with lovely fireplace. Continental breakfast even includes a cappuccino machine! Will definitely be back.

This place is a gem! Right on the river. Small and quaint, with large spacious clean nicely decorated rooms. The back row of rooms are looking at the river with patio doors to sit out if you like. The breakfast included is unique and well thought. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back!

Samuel's is a lovely boutique hotel. our room backed on to the river and they were able to accommodate us bringing our dog with us while travelling in the Goderich area. The breakfast that is included is one of the nicest continental breakfasts we have had at a smaller hotel. The coffee/cappuccino machine is awesome. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend staying there, we hope to be back again!
