Was Room was fine, breakfast marginal and would have been nice to be alerted to the fact that the place was under major construction.

Loved there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. Morning breakfast was always fabulous. Friendly staff, pool area clean and quiet and room was perfect.

The room was perfect for the three of us providing three separate sleeping accommodations. The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable, thin and bumpy mattress. The two beds in the bedroom were extremely comfortable the space had great amenities.
The tub/shower was very slippery. I asked two different individuals for a bathmat, was told they did not think they had any but would check. Client safety is important.
There was extensive remolding construction taking place. During certain times of the day the elevators were slow to arrive apparently due to worker use. Never heard any of it taking place.

They are renovating and the noise in our room when we arrived was unbearable, there were no quiet rooms to move us too.

Given wrong room (no others available). Elevator didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. Staff was friendly. Food was not very good.

great location - very close to the Biltmore. Breakfast was tasty. The pillows and bed were very comfortable, would definitely stay there again
