Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Outside of that, everything was downhill.. When I tried to call the property multiple times after I made reservation - no one picked up. When we reached there late in the night(11ish), the main door is closed and we are spoken to through a glass window with gap at bottom to slip cards and paperwork.. Tells me safety in and around the property is likely an issue The rooms had a strong musty order that only reduced after running A/C for long time.. The window A/C units also probably need some sort of regular maintenace/cleaning in order to completely eliminate odor.. The beds were way too soft and terrible. Finally - on one of the nights, we heard a lot of screaming from one of the neighboring rooms - but couldnt reach front desk as the phones in the room dont work!! We also didnt want to risk heading out - given safety concerns..Had to crank up A/C and play some sort of white noise on the phone to drown out the noise.. Overall very disappointed and wont be staying again..

The room had a sofa that is dirty and torn. The carpet was disgusting.

Parking is not adequate for full sized vehicles. There was no coffee for the breakfast.

The primary issue for me is it seems the Choice hotel chain uses some time of chemical disinfectant after animals have been in a room. I should have remembered this from another choice choice hotel. It causes a very uncomfortable feeling - the smell was strong too. I felt so bad we left 3 hours after chrck in. I did not feel like complaining just to be moved to another room with the same issue. I did that last time. Room was very clean, but very dingy. The check in was great. Very nice and efficient lady.

The front desk personnel was cordial and friendly. The breakfast was not the best, the eggs has a burnt taste. The room was dirty and had a musty odor. The first day we ask to have the room cleaned, they brought clean towels, nothing else. Last day we ask again to hsve the room cleaned, thryvfid a grest job , but we were leaving the next day!!
