It advertised a mountain few but not much of a view. They are under construction so our view was a big machine. Other than that very nice . I would stay again

THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION / RENOVATION This information is not on expedias site and because we did a manual check in we found out when we arrived. Construction goes from 8 am to 7 pm So no sleeping in. Also staff was kind and tried to work around the issues but overall this is not good for AC properties, you need to let people know on booking sites. Also this is not even on their official website for this property!!!

The traffic on the streets kept waking me up. Loud trucks, motorcycles and horn blowing. Very tired this morning. I hope that they remedy the sound with the renovations in progress.

The hotel is being renovated, but that minor inconvenience was far outweighed by the benefit of its proximity to the Biltmore Estate--less than five minutes to the entrance.

Overbooked, occupied room, wrong room request, passive excuse, no above and beyond for the inconvenience. Sad experience. Won’t return here…

Ok stay, paid a little extra for a balcony but there was construction and could not acces the balcony and was not told this when booking. The hotel did not offer to refund the difference i paid for the balcony justndaidbi could getnavfull refund but i came in from out of town and had no other place to stay.
