The property was an excellent location for walking. The staff was nice and the room and hotel itself were clean. I was very disappointed because I did purposely book a hotel with a pool because it was in the mid to high 80s and we were not able to go in the pool. Although you could take a shuttle to a sister hotel, it was inconvenient. When I politely asked for some compensation for that, just to comp my bar bill, which had two drinks on it, I was told a manager would call me and I never heard from anyone.

Stayed here yearly for about 20 years. Never disappointed.

Not completely booked and could’ve been because of a popular music concert going on. Very friendly Checkin staff. Great parking, even the afternoon we checked out we retained our free parking there while walking through the city for the day. Would book here again.

This is an excellent hotel. Easy parking out front, easy walk to downtown Asheville, typical Sheraton style and service. Rooms are large, clean, staff is great
