Location, location, location! Great prices, rooms are clean. Not upscale by any means but it works and is right for the price!

The room was cleaned but had a stale odor. Walls are peeling and the carpet was dirty.

Room was nice the only issue i had was the limited parking. What parking was at the hotel was very limited and cramped especially for a bigger vehicle we had to park in the overflow parking down the street

Great location! Clean! Not fancy but perfect for a couple days of exploring downtown Asheville.

The room was clean but the property was old and it showed. Elevator felt unsafe. Would jump or bounce as it went up and down than as it stopped gave an extra jolt or two. Pool area was closed and look horrible.

Safe older hotel so close to everything. Cool vibe and very comfortable.
