Very close to shopping, convenient to my meeting. Not a very walkable neighborhood.

My stay here was good. The location was pretty close to downtown and Biltmore. It was quiet, clean, and a good value. The Wi-Fi was a little iffy sometimes but all together a good budget-friendly place to stay.

Nice updated hotel. Clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, pillow choices okay. Staff was friendly and helpful with local restaurant suggestions for dinner. At the edge of town coming in from the Blue Rigde Parkway south, so not too close to downtown. Would recommend.

The WiFi didn’t work. This was just a standard hotel. It served its purposes. Front desk was helpful when I had questions. Centrally located to several sites in Asheville.

When I opened the drawer on the nightstand a bug flew out, the couch had a very noticeable opening on the arm rest, they only provided 2 towels so it made us have to call the front desk more often. When the cleaners came to clean our first night they didn't vacuum or pick up small wraps left from my son but overall experience give it a 3.5. our next door guest was a bit rude but I guess we can't please everyone.
