Beautiful setting overlooking the harbor of Ascona. Rooms were clean and comfortable with wonderful toiletries. Swimming pool is large with many comfortable lounge chairs. Great and beautiful sitting rooms.

The location, the surroundings and the view of the hotel are wonderful. The personnel was very nice and helpful.
But our room was really, really old. Not 4-star. Old carpet, very old appliances and lots of chipped items. The bed was comfortable though.

Close to downtown area. Gave us champagne when we arrived. Pool was great!

The room were very dirty,... we have late check in and the front desk staff wasn’t at position and totally no qualify at all to work in any hotel. Rule and irresponsible!!!
The worst that we are traveling with 2 kids, and discover the room has a huge cockroach!
Which that is totally not acceptable

We would like to apologize if he was not able to welcome you as it should be done. However, we would also like to make you aware that although we have tried in every way to put you at ease, you did not even allow us to remove the cockroach. In spite of your booking confirmation with cancellation conditions written, we also allowed you to leave without assuming the room costs that we would have had to charge you since the hotel was complete. We are sorry that you could not enjoy our services and we wish you an excellent continuation.
