The location is close to lovely beaches such as Piccolo Pevero, Porto Sole, Spiaggia della Cala Li Mucchi Bianchi. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants, night clubs and suprmarkets.
Our room was big and nicely decorated with balcony and mountain view.
Outside the room, apart from the reception area, the hotel seems deserted.

Posted 9 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe door was not very secure, no safe in the room so I could never leave anything in the room. Hot water was not working well in the afternoon, only a little while in the morning. Not easy to find anyone from the management in the hotel.

si le porte non sono blindate , ed essendo un 2 strelle non ha i servizi del 4 stelle come cassaforte o reception h24 visto e considerato che avete pagato 60 € per dormire a Porto Cervo ,

Nice residence in Porto Cervo
Posted 3 Jul 2018 on HotelsIt is a nice, clean residence in an amazing location in Porto Cervo next to Billionaire night club. Rather basic but for this price you cannot get anything better in Costa Smeralda. Perfect for discovering local beaches and restaurants of Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.

Come da presentazione , questo e' un RESIDENCE con orari ben precisi , per il check in dalle 14 alle 19
e se il cliente ha un ritardo e' buna educazione avvisare per poter fare il check in

Great hotel manager
Posted 25 Jul 2017 on LastminuteQuiet and affordable room very close to Porto cervo. Massimo was very welcoming and gave us great tips on where to eat, drink and activities in and around Porto cervo. Room was simple and clean. Recommend!

Buongiorno ci tengo a precisare che le camere sono più' che sicure e credo che se ci si aspetta un servizio a 5 stelle non bisogna prenotare in un residence che ne ha 2.
