Not as close to the airport as I thought.
Taxi from airport to lodge takes about 20 mins along a dusty unpaved road.
But hotel itself is very nice and you can see Kilimanjaro on a clear day.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
A lot of international tourists stay here

Convenient and Scenic
Posted 30 Nov 2023 on HotelsVery convenient start before a flight from Kilimanjaro airport. Lovely property with very helpful and friendly staff. Food was very good. Courtesy airport lift provided, about 25 minutes away. The lodge is reached down a very long dirt road after passing through a village - remote but comfortable.

Close to JRO. Clean and friendly.
Posted 10 Oct 2021 on HotelsOur family of four had a great stay although it was just one night. Not far from Kilimanjaro airport. A great breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly.
