1st i was a late arrival due to unforseen driving circumstances. Once i arrived the receptionist was asleep, the reservation details were not available or accessible by the receptionist, i was given my room nonetheless, the wifi in my room did not work, the remote for the heat and AC was not in the room it had to be delivered by front desk receptionist, no wash clothes were set up in the room as well. Otherwise, the people were polite and friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was fair. I liked the hotel and setting as well. The executive cottage was very nice.
I would gladly return and recommend it to others. However my lady suggested that they aren't up to standard of a 5 ☆ hotel. I'm not sure which level they claim to be rated as.

Double Charge.
Posted 2 Jan 2021 on HotelsEverything was good until it was time to leave. I prepaid my booking through Hotels.com but the hotel made me pay again or they wouldn’t let me leave and they said Hotels.com didn’t pay them. This is the second time this had happened to me.
