The most amazing scent greets you as you enter. The beds are so comfy and smell so good. The staff is so friendly and inviting! So convenient to shopping and riverfront venues. Made my poodles and my 88-year-old mother feel very welcome and safe!

The staff was so friendly and helpful!!! Beautiful property. Clean quiet rooms. Comfy beds. Beautiful lobby. Idk why Expedia thinks the breakfast was free; you definitely have to pay for it, but it was tasty!

Keith and Dauphne helps us out during our stay everything was great. They gave recommendations on things near by and were very welcoming. Only constructive advice would be to have the valet service be more diligent with the request. Multiple times we found ourselves waiting over 20 minutes to get our car. Thankfully we were not in a rush, however it did eat up sometime. Location is ideal, clean, friendly and very nice to stay at.
