Shower curtain was old and stained on bottom and wasn’t on all rings.Other than that room was nice. Some noice out window as it looked like some renovations might’ve been going on and truck deliveries?!!? Area outside was beautiful!!!!

Disappointing - looks good on the photos but doesn’t live up to them. Tired, poorly maintained and understaffed. We bought the dinner and breakfast option, food was sad, service was grouchy.

There were lots of bad reviews but for the price it was value for money, yes it needs som TLC but it was clean , comfortable and friendly, I would stay again

This will be my 5th stay at Arrochar Hotel. Great location. Great food and staff. Good sized clean rooms. amazing location and views.

Hotel in good location, but the rooms and public areas are looking very tired and make it poor value for money.
The staff were very good (especially James) and the restaurant was also quite good.

Fine hotel with fantastic views and easy parking. Bathrooms could use a bit of an update. While the room didn’t smell at all like them, the lobby reeked of stale cigarette smoke

large hotel with beautiful views. Coach party in. Food included, which was good. Breakfast superb. Good entertainer.
As a very recent widow, I was there on my own and had a single room. This was okay but was round the back without the view and rather basic. I suppose I will have to get used to single rooms,

Staff excellent. Friendly and polite.
Lovely position and beautiful views.
Restaurant very good. food choices and standard of cooking very good
Bar and lounge area comfortable..
