Clean and Kind

It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee.

Wonderful place to stay in Arosa!

What a wonderful stay! The staff, hotel overall, and my room were amazing! Easy walk to the train station, COOP grocery story, and more. A fascinating history of this building/hotel! New owners totally renovated the interior a year ago. Breakfast was amazing, even bacon! Loved seeing the Arosa Bear Sanctuary and high mountains with free cable car due to local tourist card.

We had to read email and say to them we need clean room instead just come and get everything clean

The Faern is a work in progress. It’s nicely designed and has a good location with rooms offering stunning views. It only opened recently so there is still some construction happening and the staff could use some more training. But in the long run this will be a very nice option to stay in Arosa.
