The staff could not have been more helpful. We were had to evacuate our prior hotel at 1am. When we showed up here they were so understanding, kind and empathetic. They got into a room right away at 7am so we could rest and refresh after a sleepless night.

The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. Staff at reception were extra helpful and anticipated our needs. Will stay again the next time we are in town.

The rooms were spotless and felt very comfortable. The location was fantastic, opposite a beautiful park and churches, and just 2 minutes walk from the city centre. No need to drive-just walk everywhere. Good amenities in the room.

The staff were very welcoming on arrival - room was very fresh n clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location was easy walking to shops and restaurants. The room was modern and very clean. Bed very comfortable.
