Really like the location which was walking distance to the Conservatorium. Only 5 min drive to town centre which has many different dining options. They not only provided a kettle, microwave and toaster but also included some plates, bowls and cutlery. We were kept warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very good value!

Filthy, dubious, tv didnt work, shower was freezing, kettle had tissue stuffed in it. It was the worst hotel we stayed in. Never again.

Sorry that you didn't have a good stay. You probably didn't let the water run long enough in the shower to let the hot water come through. Our staff always check the kettle and chairs so maybe it wasn't our issue. The TV was fixed for you when you complained as the previous guest had plugged the HDMI cable into the wrong port. I think that our previous reviews show that this is not normal.

Overnight stay here with our groodle. Room was spotless and staff were welcome. Our pet was welcome everywhere (except on furniture of course) and we felt very comfortable. Location is very quiet and safe. May be busy during school mornings but we stayed during school holidays. Highly recommended!

Deb was great at check in, we loved the guest info book on services, food/restaurants in the area - this was the only property that provided this info 5⭐️ for this. Sorry we missed Shelley- maybe next time
