Excellent location, all you need within walking distance: ATMs, food, shopping, liquor stores, coffee shops, convenience stores, public transportation, drugstores, etc.
Easy access to the main destinations in this amazing coffee-growing region.
Great authentic colombian breakfast to enjoy every morning!

We love the location, hotel it self it’s nice, it will get a 5 star review but, it doesn’t have a AC on the rooms.. two thumbs down.. front desk staff said to me that because the weather is so nice they don’t have it.. sorry I disagree with that.
Breakfast AWESOME.. scrambled eggs two thumbs up big time!! Overall great experience!!

Very good location in a commercial area with plenty of food choices. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and kind. The room has a good size and a nice balcony. The included breakfast was good.
On the not so good size… the room was noisy because the street in front of the main avenue. The hot water was not really hot. It was just not cold. The mattress was a little hard.
Overall, it was a good hotel. Just remember to bring earplugs.

Was a happy with my stay except the internet issues. Breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable.

Great value option! Staff super nice, friendly and ready to serve with a positive attitude. It is SUPER convenient to use their transportation service to be picked up/drop off at the airport, and also, to go around visiting the region. I don't usually carry cash so they added all those services into my hotel account and I paid with CC at the end. An option to consider depending on what you are looking for. I went with my family (wife and two kids). There's a mall almost in front and several options to eat.

Very simple property with a unique amenity: Free breakfast with room service delivery! Simple rooms, decent wifi. Hotel set us up with a driver to explore areas: have all the fees discussed beforehand and if changes happen. Otherwise, happy with the services provided!
