Reception open limited Open only 4 to 9 pm Room type changed by front Hotel ad 4 star but quality was 1.5 star Sames as econo lodge or lower

Dear James, We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your visit. We understand your concern about the limited reception hours, which are clearly stated on the reservation. However, please note that we have a late check-in procedure in place to ensure that guests can access their rooms even when the reception is closed, as written in our mail confirmation. Regarding your comment about the room type, please be aware that we did not change the type of room you reserved. All our club rooms have access from the parking area and offer a view of the garden. We strive to provide accurate room assignments and maintain the quality of our rooms. We consider ourselves a 4-star establishment, and it's disappointing to hear that the quality you experienced was not up to your expectations.
