The employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to bting our German Shepherd and had no issues. Breakfast was decent.

Was brand new hotel. Very clean, good amenities. Staff pleasant. Road that leads to hotel still with some construction given new facility. Overall excellent choice for our stay.

The television wouldn't operate properly and the gentlemen told me if I don't like it. I could go somewhere else, air conditioning didn't work properly, the shower head was so high that the water was cold and no pressure when showing.

Thank you for your feedback and patronage. I am very sorry you were frustrated. You are absolutely correct, the hotels cable provider had an outage. The hotels backup is an antenna that allows the local channels to still be provided. The outage was completely outside of the hotels control. I disagree with your assessment of our conversation. I advised you under the circumstances I would be happy to cancel your reservation with no fee and allow you to find accommodations that weren't experiencing an outage. Again, the outage was completely outside the hotels control. The hvac units are efficiency units. They run on a small delay. I'm very sorry you found the height of the shower head inconvenient. Again, I apologize for all of your frustrations. We tried hard to give you a choice to allow you not to have to experience them within our capabilities. Safe travels and God bless.
