Surprise in Arica, Chile
Posted 19 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is well located, right on the beach. The common areas were actually nice looking. The rooms were a bit tired (paint dirty, tile broken, mold in shower, drain wouldn't drain properly, etc.) The bed and pillows were fabulous. The staff was great, breakfast was very good and plenty of it. I'd go back, for sure.

It is an outdated hotel. Pool supplies (towels, etc) are in a disgrace condition. They should be ashamed they give those to customers.

The place is clean and has an incredible view because is in front of the beach, it has nice swimming pools and the restaurant is very good, but it doesn’t have a fitness center and there are no divisions between smoking and no smoking rooms, and the smell of smoke is fiktered to your room if an adjacent room has smoker people, also tap water has a foul smell

The location by the sea was wonderful. We loved the nearby beaches and the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep.
