Nice property, wonderful breakfast. The one thing we did not like was the shower. It is open on one end so cold air came in, water temperature was inconsistent and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor by the time we were done so we stood in a puddle of water to use the toilet. Seals on the door were bad. That is the one thing that would keep me from returning to this hotel.

I liked the location and the great green areas within the hotel property. I did not like their shower system in the bathrooms. I did not like the refusal to accept my pet dog because her weight was over 15 Kg.

Property is beautiful, clean and great service. It is a safe and quiet atmosphere

Great staff!
Sauna was broken for all of the 6days which was sad but still we understand.
Staff did go into our room unannounced with do not disturb sign on the door so that was not comforting.
Breakfast is fantastic
Pool is chilly but beautiful to relax around
The gym was nice to have!
The grounds were beautifully kept with a walking path!
Square and all of Arequipa restaurants are under a 20min walk which is nice and lots to see! Easy to cab around if needed but walking is faster because of traffic!

Was charged $58 for early check in even there are plenty of rooms available

This property is well maintained and very secure. We were able to walk to and from the main plaza every day. The breakfast buffet was terrific! I love old world feel of the property. I have never been to a hotel that locks up at night so this was a first for me. I will be going back! 10/10
