No one answered the door to let us in. They wouldn’t answer their phone number and the location was hard to find as they didn’t have a sign for their location! Never got to sleep there and I hope I’m not going to get charged for this!

We both enjoyed the room, it was so cute! the property was really friendly and everyone there. It's close to the parade ground and the Cathedral also has a restaurant with affordable prices but overall delicius!

Wonderful Staff!
Posted 8 Nov 2018 on HotelsEasy check in. Wonderful delicious complimentary breakfast. Only 5 blocks from the Plaza de Armas and can actually see arches of one of the streets in the Plaza as it is the same street the connects to the plaza. Friendly and attentive staff, Thank you so much!

Posted 24 Jan 2021 on HotelsHice mi reservacion, sin problema, resulta que el hotel no estaba oprando, cuando estaba a unas horas de llegar a mi destino me escribieron diciendo que operan y que busque otra alternativa...debieron poner un aviso indicando que no estaba atendiendo.

Buenas noches, una disculpa por el inconveniente causado lamentablemente en ese entonces debido a la pandemia aun no estábamos operando en nuestras instalaciones . Hemos reaperturado con todas las medidas de higiene necesarias para su mayor de confort y comodidad.
