A gem!

The grounds are lovely, breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious and the air conditioning worked well (I’m American and there was a heat wave so this was very important to me)! Would recommend and go back

Nice hotel , quiet location 10 minutes from the coast and in sight of the mountains . Unless you are a walker bring a car.

Air Conditioner was broke.

The hotel was clean however the air conditioning did not work in the room. My wife was sweating hard after five minutes in the room. I reported the air conditioner to the front desk and they said they would take a look. I’m sure they knew the air conditioner did not work. It probably was reported broken by prior guest. We left and went to another hotel. This hotel was a waste of money for us because we want a room with air conditioning. Another issue, the hotel was more than twenty minutes drive to the boat terminal. Be careful when selecting a hotel especially if you have never visited Italy before.

the air conditioning was working, you selected the winter mode, so it was hot and not cold. You were unhappy with your choice and we understood immediately. The map and internet should help you make choices that match your expectations. Writing bad things and putting votes 1/5 ruins our reputation for your wrong choice. it's not right because we did not choose your girlfrend aristocracy

We had a wonderful stay we arrived a little late but the hotel had already set up our room for us so all we had to do was call.

Perfect for visiting cinque terre

The place is well located with nice views. Very clean . Excellent breakfast buffet . Helpful staff
