Staff wasn’t professional at their work. I had someone trying to enter my room late in the night. Turns out the hotel staff gave the same room key card of mine to other party.
I got a call from the front desk that same night talking rudely and in-professionally.
Really bad experience.

The property rating was higher than what I experienced. Pool and spa were closed. One of the reasons for my stay was the spa. It was an average place to stay. I would give it a 6 not an 8 like it was rated. Not a bad place just not a great place.

What I want to say is your staff: Cal, Helena, and Angie were amazing to me . Cal goes above and beyond. I need to be in that area because if a homeless beloved son. And I will always stay with you at Best Western Arcata Inn

It was a great spot for passing through town. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the tub since we had come such a long way on the road. Best Western never fails us!
