Excellent property and staff, very clean. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities. Then everything would have been 5 star

Great location, the staff (particularly Phoebe) were very helpful and friendly, good breakfast and lovely view.

Hôtel Richelieu is a beautiful old hotel that was built in the 1860s. It has lots of great amenities, and is in the heart of the activity in Arcachon. The hotel is showing its age a little bit, but it is well maintained, clean, and well-appointed.

Exceptional service. The staff was lovely. The view from our room was amazing. A beautiful location and perfectly settled into a very fancy shopping district. So glad we stumbled along this hotel.

There was construction in the street so no hotel parking was accessible. We had to pay at a public parking 10 min walking from the hotel.
