Walls in room were visibly dirty, chipped and stained in multiple areas. Water temp was barely warm. Halls smelled like active smoking was occurring. Tubs caulking was cracked and stained. Nightstand drawer was broken. I understand paying a $50.00 if it's worth it. I would never recommend.

Property was quite rundown, not what I was expecting at all. definitely not like the pictures

This is a long but needed post especially if you're a traveler like myself, I try to stay at budget friendly hotels but this is not it. It was a headache and a half the entire time. Check in was fairly easy, but what they don't tell you on their site or on the phone when you call to inquire about rooms and pricing and such is that once you book the room when you get there there is a 100$ if you pay cash and a 50$ if you pay with card deposit on the room. They claim non refundable but we'll see because other hotels in the area have reviews of how they weren't being returned. Getting to the room. It was subpar at best. The bathroom had mold.. the sink leaked.. the curtains were dirty.. how else does a massive little prickley plant stick into the middle of the curtains... gross. The toilet is super low..like for a child..I hit my head every night on the door handle getting up due to a severe hip injury. The air-condition didn't want to cool down the room the best. The windows seal housing it was full of black mold. The beds were not comfortable. I tossed and turned, they were pretty soft so if thats your thing you're golden. For some reason they wanted to put people with children.. in an unbooked hotel...in rooms over us..so we hear stomping and running for hours..two nights in a row. On Saturday we noticed we didn't get any maid service, we called down there and he said they didn't do maid service and that they didn't do it on saturdays...okay. On Sunday we get back late

Front desk informed caller from guest room of cleaning schedule. We apologize if there was any miscommunication. If your room is not meeting expectations, please speak with front desk.

It was quiet, but the property was in shambles. We didn't even have a tub stopper in our room
