Great location downtown. Great rooms and very clean! I am not from the area so staff were very friendly and helpful with questions.

The location on College Avenue is great for walking to restaurants, shops and to Lawrence University. The hotel was very quiet, the beds are comfy and everything was super clean. The whirlpool was wonderful! I really appreciated the free Uber to the airport.

Everything was excellent. But do know many local restaurants including Rye are closed on Sundays. Parking is in garage behind hotel.

It was a very nice place to stay. If we’d been there longer than one night I would have asked for a room with a better view. Our only view were several large air handlers a few feet from our windows, along with a brick wall.

Spent the night so we could watch a comedy show, me and my partner for the most part walked everywhere we went comedy show, coffee shop, art museum. Still weird to charge for the treats separately but all in all very nice stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel-great restaurant and esp the bar mixologist Jonathan- worth going just for that alone!
