"Don’t expect this to be a 4-star hotel or to receive a 20% discount on tours or services. You can find better deals outside or by using Grab. The hotel is located in a small alley that cars cannot access. We had to walk to another hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was decent."

"Hotel very well situated in the old town so that you really don't have far to walk back after an evening out. What really made the difference though, were the friendly and excellent tips from the staff of where to enjoy an egg coffee (a must) and where to eat. These were places we would either never have found or would never have ventured into without prior information."

"Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake. "
