Anna and her family were very accommodating. We just stayed over night to catch a flight in the morning but they fed us dinner and breakfast. It’s clean, well located for the airport and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in so far in Vietnam.

This hotel is absolutely perfect if you need to catch a quick, pleasant rest close to the Hanoi airport. It is clean and the staff is what really makes it tick. Mia and her fellow staff members are the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet. They were my first introduction to the nice people of Vietnam. Warm, friendly and so very helpful. Thank you Anna for providing such a nice place for a quick rest and clean up.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff member at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. She kindly arranged a m taxi for me to get to the airport, which was complimentary. Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable, but the staff’s friendliness and their help with arranging my transportation back to the airport made my stay even better. Because of this excellent service, I’m happy to give this hotel a five-star review.

The hotel is really nice, very clean, Mia the receptionist was really kind and helpful. The driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel and she had a taxi 🚕 come pick me up. And upgraded my room! Highly recommend this comfy hotel.

トランジットでハノイに寄った際に利用しました。 深夜1時でしたがチェックインを待っていてくれました。 部屋は清潔で、騒音等もありませんでした。 浴室にはバスタブがありますが、使えるお湯の量に制限がある(しばらく使うと水になる)ため、貯めることはできません。 朝食は5種類から選ぶことができ、コーヒーか紅茶も選ぶことができます。 短い滞在でしたが良いホテルでした。
